- Jordanheirs:
What can you say? Picking a team by the number of rookie cards you have for players just doesn't get the job done. There is some real potential here with Garnett and Hill and if they would ever straighten out the rest of their keepers and have a decent draft they would compete for the playoffs. That didn't happen this year so the Jordanheirs fate could be decided by mid-season. Predicted Finish: 35-75, toilet bowl champion.

- UUU:
Sophomore Season for a team that surprised some with last years performance. Has a good lineup of guards that should rank in the top of the league. The rest of the team needs help. Surprisingly thin at forward and will have trouble filling their minutes their. Cummings doesn't scare anyone anymore and Camby/Fortson/Nesby will give you the same thing they gave last year. Will get some wins because someone has to win. Predicted Finish: 55-55, out of playoffs

- Swish:
Some teams just aren't meant to do well. This has been one of those teams historically. With some strong off-season moves this could be the year they turn things around. They have lots of guys with lots of potential that did not show up last year. Was it because of the short season or have these players moved past their prime? The magic 8 ball says some of them will but the whole thing won't come together. Predicted Finish: 50-60, out of playoffs

- Jumpers:
Back from the other side of the fence and sitting pretty for a nice run this year. Nice talent with a few stretches that could pan out. If they do, watch out! Swami says Cassell will be healthy this year and put up nice numbers. Predicted Finish: 71-39, Wins Championship

- Airballs:
A team with winning tradition has another solid draft and looks for 4th consecutive trip to playoffs. This could be the year. Solid across the board with few weak spots. Should probably suffer from injuries again this year at the end of the season just to maintain tradition. This team could have won 2 league championships over the last three years without the injuries they've suffered. Predicted Finish: 75-35, Loss in championship game

- Top Dawgs:
Someone has to be in the middle of the pack and the Top Dawgs have always been just about ready to come off the porch. They'll do the same thing this year that they always do. They've got some talent but lack the horses to carry them to a winning season. Too many old Pacers players to get the job done. Predicted finish: 37-73, Out of Playoffs

- PicNRoll:
Not Bad, Not brilliant, just consistent. Consistently improving. This team has done better in each season and could improve again this year. They had an average draft along with some great keepers from last year. This team will surprise some weeks and other weeks will just seem flat. Unfortunately, there will be too many flat weeks and PicNRoll will be eliminated from the playoffs the last week of the season. Predicted Finish: 57-53, Out of playoffs

- Flintstones:
Anything less than another championship is a downturn and this team does not have the stuff this year to repeat. Kind of like last years Atlanta falcons compared to this years? They still have a nice core of players that will carry them into the playoffs but way too many reaches here and still more guys that have great ppm but no minutes to speak of. Welcomes to a full season Dan. Let's see if you can play ball with the big boys. Predicted Finish: 68-42, Lose to Airballs in 1st week of playoffs.

- Waves:
Could have a decent rookie campaign. Not nearly as bad as the Jordanheirs had, probably something like the UUU had which could be considered a success. Pulled of the gustiest trade I've seen so far. Personally I would not have done it but it was not my team so.... They've got some nice talent and solid backups in case the injury bug hits. Nobody here jumps out a player that will carry the team though. Predicted Finish: 42-68, out of playoffs.

-Lakers
We should be seeing a name change here from the team formerly known as the Suns and now the Lakers.hmmmm...let's see...how about the Hawks. When was the last time you saw anything good come out of Atlanta that wasn't a fluke? Well, this may be the year. This team is the only team besides the Airballs that has made the playoffs every year and they have some jewelry to go along with it! Predicted Finish: 60-50, Lose to the Jumpers in first round of playoffs.
